We already have web hosting, do we HAVE to use your hosting company?
     No you do not. We recommend using 1 & 1 Internet for your web hosting, because we think they are such a great hosting company. However, if you are satisfied with your current web hosting . . . that's great!

I really like my current website, but just want you guys to maintain it. Can you?
     In many cases, yes. At our normal updating rate of $30, we can just maintain your website as you would like. Any major page changes (e.i. changing the LOOK and FUNCTIONALITY of your website), and we may need to charge extra. Some websites are built with certain online templates that we cannot change/update. We will look at your site and let you know if we can update your site.

How long does it take to create a website?
     The time frame for designing a website can differ dramatically, depending on the size and complexity of your website. The timeline can also depend on our current design schedule.

I really would like to use your services, but my budget is pretty small. What can be done?
     We understand that a small business or organization can have a small budget. We understand that completely. We will take a look at your pages . . . and your plans for your website. In many cases, things can be combined and laid out differently to decrease the number of pages . . . and thus decrease your cost. You may ALSO figure out a plan, where you start out with a certain amount of pages . . . and slowly increase your website content as you can afford it. We will work with you to give you a site that fits your budget!

Will my website be searchable in search engines?
     Studio West Designs uses advanced techniques to make your website searchable via ALL SEARCH ENGINES. There are also services out there to attempt to get your site listed HIGHER on many search engine pages. Those services are separate from Studio West Designs and are not affiliated with us in any way.

I saw a website that I really liked. Can we copy it?
     Although we recommend looking at different websites to see what you DO and DON'T like in a website . . . we will not copy another site exactly. We can offer to design a site to feature the basic layout and functionality of other websites . . . but we will not copy the EXACT DESIGN ELEMENTS or source code of a certain website.

I want to be able to update my own website. Can I?
     At this time, we do not offer that functionality. We offer very inexpensive web updating services, but do not offer the ability for a client to update their own site.

I want to open an online store. Can you create that?
     YES! We now offer the ability to open an online store, however there may be additional costs associated with that element.

I really like sites that have Adobe Flash movies. Can you do that?
     We DO use Adobe Flash to create many design aspects of our website. Most design elements that require flash will be done at no additional charge. ADVANCED flash movies, such as animated intros and animated movies may require an additional charge.

Can you create my entire website in Flash?
     We do not design 100% Adobe Flash websites.
