Another angle of our propane tank drill. Here you see the technique we use to control a propane tank fire. Crews on both sides of the tank shoot water at the base of the tank in order to COOL the tank and prevent an explosion. The two crews in the middle walk towards the tank behind a curtain of water and will get close enough to the tank to turn off the valve.
